TRInternational, Inc. has acquired specialty chemical distributor American Chemie, Inc. out of Austin, TX. TRI reports that the acquisition enhances TRI’s already vast product line by offering specialty chemistries catering to a diverse range of industries including personal care, cosmetics, cleaning, food, feed, nutraceuticals, and lubricants. The company reports that for over 30 years they have forged ahead as the authorized North American distributor for many globally reputed companies, providing a wide variety of specialty chemicals to customers in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Since the company’s inception in 1991, their vision has been to bridge the gap of global markets, focusing on the sourcing and development of specialty chemicals originating in India, Southeast Asia and Europe.
