Committees

ASC member committees drive value by ensuring all ASC programs are 100% member focused. The five standing committees support the tactics of the Board’s Long Range Plan, and provide input on critical details needed by staff to deliver on programs.

ASC is always looking for members that want to give back to the industry by driving the future of the Council as it works to meet its vision and mission.

Most committees strive to meet face to face during Conventions, and also host 2-3 conference calls a year.

Global Resources Committee

MISSION
Evaluate the data needs of ASC members and deliver action-oriented business intelligence to support their needs. Serve as a liaison role with international adhesive and sealant associations.

Regulatory Affairs Committee

MISSION
Evaluate and proactively respond to legislative and regulatory issues impacting the adhesive and sealant industry.

Membership Committee

MISSION
The Membership Committee is a group of technical and non-technical individuals representing both large and small manufacturer and supplier member companies whose goal is to strengthen member participation and assist with member recruitment.

Marketing Committee

MISSION 
The Marketing Committee will provide a forum for members to discuss ways ASC can enhance its long term value proposition by assisting members with selling their products in the marketplace via tradeshows, virtual events, and ASC online opportunities.

Technical Committee

MISSION
Evaluate and respond to aspects of existing and emerging technologies including but not limited to term definition, metrics, and testing protocols. Support the development of existing educational platforms.
