Get ready for the largest official gathering of the adhesive and sealant industry in 2027. The ASC EXPO will be held Tuesday, April 20, 2027, from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. and is co-located with ASC’s Annual Convention.
With more than 90 companies exhibiting, you will find solutions for material, equipment, service and packaging needs. Dedicated EXPO-only hours provide ample time to meet providers and discuss sourcing and application requirements.
Raffles, giveaways and a dedicated food and beverage reception will also take place on the show floor.

Rates increase an additional 20% after March 26.
Registration Deadline and Cancellation Policy
Regular-rate registration ends March 26, 2027. Fees will increase by 20% after that date. On-site registrations are welcome.
Due to obligations to the host hotel, there will be no refunds after March 26, 2027. Registrations may be transferred to a colleague.

Please review ASC’s Conference Code of Conduct . ASC reserves the right to cancel any function without penalty. In the event of cancellation, ASC’s total liability will be limited to a refund of the registration fee.

ASC will host two short courses co-located with the Annual Convention & EXPO. The Polyurethane and Formulation Strategies Short Courses will run concurrently with the convention.
To attend both a short course and the convention, register through the applicable short course and select the convention add-on option.

The community service project will be held Monday, April 19. The time and location will be announced.
What does my registration fee cover?
- Full convention registration covers Monday through Wednesday, including networking receptions, meal functions, keynotes, educational sessions and the EXPO.
- EXPO-only registration covers access to the EXPO and the Monday welcome reception. It does not include convention sessions, meal functions, keynotes or educational sessions.
- Speaker registration is available only to confirmed speakers in the Annual Convention program.
- EXPO booth-staffer registration covers booth staffing and access to the EXPO reception. It does not include other networking events, meal functions, keynotes or educational sessions.
- One-day registration provides access only for the selected day.
How can I book a meeting room?
- Contact the hotel directly. ASC must approve all meeting-room requests and generally approves rooms only for confirmed exhibitors under certain circumstances.
I would like to attend a short course with the convention. How should I register?
- Register through the short course and select the convention add-on.
Do I need to make a hotel reservation, or does ASC reserve my room?
- ASC does not make hotel reservations. Reserve your room through the Hotel tab.
Will my badge be mailed?
- Badges will be available for pickup onsite at the designated registration area.
I need to cancel my registration. How can I receive a refund?
- Review the cancellation policy in the Registration Fees section.
