Henkel North America has expanded its multi-year partnership with the U.S. Soccer Federation to support youth soccer initiatives, with programming designed to increase access and engagement for young athletes nationwide.

According to Henkel, the collaboration involves free soccer clinics conducted with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO), community equipment drives, and the Dial® Clean Sheet program, which supports classroom resources through donations tied to match outcomes.

Jennifer Schiavone, vice president of Corporate Communications, Americas for Henkel, said the company aims to “create more opportunities to increase access to the sport for young athletes while providing mentorship and needed equipment and giving back to our communities.”

Three youth clinics were held in fall 2025 in locations including New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida, with AYSO coaches and Henkel employee volunteers leading drills and group activities. Henkel reports that participants received soccer balls, T-shirts, and branded gift bags at the events.

Dan Howald, senior director at AYSO, described the clinics as “the beginning of our growing collaboration with Henkel, aimed at expanding access to the game and reaching even more children and families.”

In addition to on-field activities, Henkel partnered with nonprofits to host equipment drives collecting gently used gear for redistribution, and the company’s Dial® brand has provided donations to DonorsChoose through its Clean Sheet program.

The partnership builds on Henkel’s existing portfolio sponsorship with U.S. Soccer and reflects ongoing engagement around community outreach and youth participation in sport.
