The ASC EXPO will take place on Tuesday, April 20, 2027, from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street Hotel, co-located with the 2027 Annual Convention.

The EXPO floor is energized with exhibitor sponsored raffles, giveaways, plus a food and beverage reception on the show floor, creating a vibrant and engaging atmosphere for networking with the supply chain.

Registration Options:

• Full Convention Experience: Includes the EXPO, all educational sessions, keynotes, and networking meals (BEST value).
• EXPO Only Pass: Grants access to the opening reception on Monday and EXPO hall on Tuesday, April 20 only. This pass does not include other convention programming including keynote and award lunches, 40+ education sessions, networking breakfasts, or the many other networking opportunities during the full convention.

Reserve your booth EARLY to pick your preferred location on the show floor! First come, first serve and ASC members get first choice through August 2026.

Nonmember...................................... $4,550

Price includes 10’ booth space, two chairs, carpet, wastebasket, two Exhibitor passes to staff the booth, and access to the Monday welcome reception for the two staffers. If you want to attend the keynotes and education sessions, you must register for the full convention.
