Northwest Adhesives Acquired by Willamette Valley Company

The Willamette Valley Company LLC (“WVCO”) has acquired the assets of Northwest Adhesives Inc., and began operation of their facility in Washougal, WA on December 1st, 2025. This business will become part of WVCO's Global Wood Division.

John Murray, President and CEO of The Willamette Valley Company stated, “We are extremely excited for Northwest Adhesives Inc. to be joining The Willamette Valley Company family. This acquisition will provide added diversification of our product portfolio going into the wood products industry as well as open doors for us into the world of packaging with NWA’s expertise in Hot-Melt adhesive technologies.
