Expert Presenters:


Bill Rinna is the Senior Manager, North American Forecasts at LMC Automotive. Included in this role is the overseeing of the production and sales forecasting services that detail manufacturer, segment, platform, model, and plant trends. Mr. Rinna has 19 years of industry experience which includes demand and production forecasting at a component, powertrain, and vehicle level. He has personally completed over 100 discrete model level component forecasts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rinna was at GM as the Global Forecast Lead responsible for GM's crossover segment. Prior to GM, Bill was at CSM Worldwide for 12 years as the Senior Manager of North American Supply Chain and Technology Forecasts. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA in Business Economics from Wayne State University.

Marc Benevento is the founder and managing director of Industrial Market Insight, a consultancy focused on identifying organic growth opportunities for manufacturers of industrial products. His experience includes over 20 years with global multi-national manufacturers of industrial products in product development, business management, and marketing leadership roles. He most recently served as the automotive market development director for Momentive, a global chemical manufacturer with annual sales in excess of $7 billion. His earlier experiences include a series of product management, marketing, and business development roles in the chemical industry, and nearly a decade in materials engineering at a major automotive OEM. Mr. Benevento has a track record of making positive and lasting change by bringing a collaborative, data-driven approach to management and new product development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA.

Tony Norton leads the Americas based Altair Product Design teams in the delivery of early concept (industrial design, design exploration, testing & prototyping) and advanced simulation driven design (cutting-edge modeling, optimization, methods development & automation) to our customers. Before joining Altair UK in 1996, he worked at both Ford Motor Company and GEC-Marconi Avionics. He moved to Michigan in 1999 to join Altair US, and holds a Bachelors degree from The University of Hertfordshire in England.
