D. Kip Hillshafer – Principal Research Associate, Stepan Company

Mr. Hillshafer is responsible for the development of materials used in polyurethane adhesives and elastomers. Mr. Hillshafer has provided internal instruction on experimental design with the application of Design Expert® software and multivariate analysis since 2000. He currently leads the Stepan Data Discovery work group to supporting data mining.

He holds bachelor's degrees in both mathematics and chemistry from the University of Oklahoma and studied polymer chemistry at Texas A&M University.
