Leadership Program within the ASC Training Academy

Insights, tools and strategies needed for early to mid-career, high-potential managers to lead diverse teams with high confidence and effectiveness. The program builds on the foundations of our B2B program, adding soft skills for highly functioning leaders.

ASC's Leadership Program is the extension of our Business Program which teaches soft skills/behaviors to select/chosen emerging leaders through workshops and networking events.

The Business Program and the Leadership Program have been developed to be complementary.

ASC's Emerging Leaders Program promotes the next generation of leaders in the adhesive and sealant industry by providing them with tools they need to advance their career and by engaging them through educational and networking opportunities each year.

Participants can expect in-person engagement, such as workshops and social gatherings at ASC meetings, as well as virtual engagement, such as webinars and online communities. Participants must be currently employed by an ASC member.

The program is intended for early- to mid-career, fast-track employees across a broad spectrum of employment types (marketing/sales, technical, regulatory/operations, etc) interested in building or enhancing their management and leadership skills as well as their industry network.

  • Creating effective relationships to enhance productivity
  • Solving problems that threaten productivity and outcomes

Who is an Emerging Leader?

A motivated professional with ideally 2-10 years of experience, who aspires to be a leader within his/her company. Emerging Leaders include those in a variety of roles including Sales, Marketing, Technical, HR, Plant Managers, and more!
