DETAILS FOR SUBMISSION OF AN RFP

Candidates wishing to apply for any active RFP should complete the RFP form here.  The form includes requests for qualifications to develop and deliver the webinar content, cost and timeline for completion.  Candidates may submit more than one proposal and will be notified of acceptance by February 15th.  Decisions will be made in collaboration with ASC’s Technical Committee and will be based upon criteria such as content quality, ability to deliver the outlined curriculum, price and implementation timeline.

If selected, you will be expected to present modules in their entirety which varies in length from 1 to 3 hours (two 90 minute modules delivered on two days), as defined in the specific RFP details.  Webinar content must be strictly focused on educational content, without any promotional materials other than described below.  Final slide deck is required 3 weeks prior to each live event.

By submitting a proposal, you agree to:

  2. Create the PowerPoint presentation in ASC’s Training Academy format, which allows for your company logo on each page and a final slide to describe your company and its services;
  3. Deliver presentation and participate in a Q&A session during the initial live webinar on our platform (you must have an internet connection and landline phone);
