Metallocene-based polymer hot-melt adhesives have become more widely available, affordable and popular in the packaging market. Metallocene-based adhesives offer a variety of advantages. They chemical composition means these adhesives do not create carbon buildup, gel, or otherwise change consistence or performance with long-term, high-temperature use and storage. These features translate to convenient storage and application. Metallocene-based polymers can be stored in glue tanks at high temperatures. In addition, these adhesives will not block or restrict adhesive flow through hoses, tubes, and nozzles, meaning application is convenient and seamless.  Throughout the application cycle, Metallocene-based polymer hot-melt adhesives improve efficiency through reduced clean-up, maintenance, loss of product and storage demands.
