The birth of the World Wide Web ushered in the Information Age. E-mail, the Internet and Microsoft Windows® allowed the adhesive and sealant community to reach end-users in new and faster ways. Our members embraced this new technology – as did ASC. We launched our first Web page during this time. We also had begun to acknowledge the move towards globalization by hosting an international adhesive and sealant conference in San Francisco, California.
